With Shipping Protection we guarantee delivery of your order it’s a simple as that. If your order is not received within 21 days from dispatch* we will resend your order. In the very unlikely event that your resent order is not received we will refund you.

The customer’s responsibility is to determine which peptide is best suited to their research needs before placing an order with our company. A product returned to us could not be resold due to the nature of our business and its surrounding health and safety regulations.
